We offer a free 30 business days return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 business days of receiving your order.

Return Qualification
1. Item Condition: The order must be in its original condition, new only, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in original packaging.

2. Return Reason: Returns are accepted only in cases of a defect, quality issue, or an error made in the order (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Proof of Purchase: You have the proof of making order as well as the receipt proof.
4. The return request must be properly submitted to DressKiss within 30 business days of receipt of the item.Returns sent back without prior contact or approval will not be refunded.
Please Note:
DressKiss is not responsible for returns or refunds if a package is lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or an error made by DressKiss.

Return Process
Step 1: To start the return, please email us at service@dresskiss.com. Please attach clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging condition, and the shipping label to help us assess the issue. Please note: Returns that have not been approved in advance will not be approved.
Step 2: Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return label along with step-by-step instructions via email.
Step 3: Download and print the return label and attach it on the parcel. Please ensure the label is securely packed in its original packaging.
Step 4: Please hand the package to the designated carrier for door-to-door pickup.
Step 5: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund, and you will be notified.

Exchanges
DressKiss accept exchanges.However, this requires the following conditions:
1. Delivered Orders: If the order has already been delivered, exchanges will only be accepted in cases where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or shipped in the wrong size.
2. Orders Not Yet Shipped: If the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request an order modification or exchange.
Please note that our order processing time is 1–3 business days, and we recommend contacting us within 2 business days after placing the order to ensure timely assistance.
3. Customized Orders: Customized or personalized orders cannot be exchanged once production has begun. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellations
We accept order cancellations only for orders that have not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to keep the item, please contact us after receiving the package. We will assist you with the return and refund process in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Thank you for your understanding.

Dresskiss.com do not charge any restocking fees for any returned items.

Shipping Cost While Return
DressKiss accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. For presonalized orders, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect, quality issue, or a mistake in the order.
DressKiss Responsiblity: DressKiss will pay the return shipping costs for damages caused by manufacturing defects or for incorrect items, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Customer Responsiblity:
1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the item is non-defective, there are no quality or order issues, and the return is requested due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect style selection.
2. If the customer requests a return due to delivery delays caused by the carrier, DressKiss is not responsible for such delays, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund
For refunds not caused by product defects, quality issues, or order errors made by the Dresskiss team, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Process:
1. Once your returned package is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected on the next business day.
2. After the inspection is completed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method on the same day.
3. From the time we receive the returned item to the initiation of the refund, the total processing time will not exceed 3 business days. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been initiated.
4. In most cases, once we initiate the refund, the funds will appear in your paypal account within 3 business days.
