Shipping Policy

DressKiss aims to offer you a seamless shopping experience. All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian, China. With stable shipping providers and a professional fulfillment process, we ensure your orders arrive safely.

Shipping Destinations
DressKiss currently ships only to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Orders from countries outside these destinations are not accepted.

Order Confirmation

After your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 hour. Order processing will begin once the order is confirmed.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST. (6:00AM, GMT+8)

Shipping Time & Fee
We offer Standard Shipping and FedEx (Express Shipping) with varying rates and delivery times. The carrier for Standard Shipping depends on your country: China Post for the US, Royal Mail for the UK, and EMS for Canada and Australia.
Standard Shipping is applied by default. Expedited option (FedEx) available at checkout.
Free shipping is available for both options once a minimum spend is met. Please refer to the table below for specific fees and shipping time estimates.
The duration of preparing your items for shipping plus the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time
Please note that delivery dates may be subject to change due to inclement weather or holidays. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for all designated import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by their country and region. These charges are not included in your checkout total and will be communicated to you by the carrier upon arrival in your country.

United Kingdom (UK): Customers may be required to pay VAT, Customs Duty, or Excise Duty on goods imported from outside the European Union (EU). Canada: The import threshold is $20 CAD. Orders exceeding this amount may incur import fees ranging from approximately 5%-13%. For further details, please refer to https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/postal-postale/dtytx-drttx-eng.html.



Order Modifications & Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to modify, exchange, or cancel your order. Our order processing time is 1–3 business days. We recommend contacting us within 2 business days after placing your order. For assistance, please contact our customer service team at service@dresskiss.com.
For orders already shipped: If you wish to request a refund, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, Dresskiss is not responsible for any lost packages, delivery delays, extra fees, failed delivery, or returned parcels. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Tracking
Once the carrier has received your package, we will send the tracking number via email and notify you as soon as it becomes available. You can track the status of your shipment on our Tracking Page.

Some carriers may take 1–3 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order has been beyond 3 business days and tracking information is still not available, please feel free to contact us. We will assist you in obtaining the information you need.
